Corrections Policy

CalculatePilot is committed to accuracy across our calculators and guide content. When we make a factual error, we correct it promptly and transparently.

How we correct errors

• Factual errors in published guides are corrected as soon as they're identified.
• Substantive corrections — numbers, rates, dates, or calculation logic — are noted at the bottom of the affected article along with the date of correction.
• Minor edits such as typos or formatting are made without a formal correction note.
• Each guide displays its original publish date and last-updated date.

Reporting an error

If you spot an inaccuracy in any calculator or guide, please email hello@calculatepilot.com with the page URL and a description of the issue. We review every correction request and correct genuine mistakes, noting the change on the relevant page if it affects past results.
