Who built this

CalculatePilot was built by Suhaib Hassan, a serial entrepreneur based in the UK running businesses across commercial vehicle services, real estate, construction, and digital marketing. He built CalculatePilot after years of using financial and business calculators professionally — and finding that the best ones buried their methodology, while the transparent ones were slow, cluttered, or US-only.

The goal from day one was a calculator site that works for everyone, not just American users: multi-currency support built in from the start, formulas explained rather than hidden, and fast enough to be genuinely useful on mobile. Every calculator on the site has been reviewed against standard professional formulas — the same methodology used in finance, healthcare, and engineering — not approximations invented to produce a plausible-looking number.

CalculatePilot is a free collection of 158+ online calculators covering finance, health and fitness, math, and everyday decisions. Every tool runs directly in your browser — there is no account to create, no data sent to a server to be stored, and no paywall.

The financial calculators cover the full range of personal finance decisions: mortgages, loans, retirement planning, rental yield, house flipping returns, freelance rate-setting, and more. The health calculators are built around standard clinical formulas (Mifflin-St Jeor for BMR, Boer for lean body mass, IOM guidelines for pregnancy nutrition). The math calculators cover everything from basic arithmetic to statistics, linear algebra, and number theory. The everyday tools cover anything from dog food portions to commute cost to carbon footprint.

Who this site is for

CalculatePilot is designed to be genuinely international. Most calculator sites assume US-only inputs — dollar signs, pounds and inches, US tax structures. CalculatePilot supports 20 currencies on every financial calculator, metric and imperial units throughout health tools, and is built to be used by people in the UK, Pakistan, UAE, India, Australia, and anywhere else people need to do real math.

The site is built for people making real decisions — someone checking whether a rental property stacks up before making an offer, a freelancer working out what hourly rate they actually need, a student checking what grade they need on their final exam, a family comparing the actual annual cost of two different commutes. Every tool is built around that kind of real, consequential use, not just demo inputs.

These tools are designed to inform and assist decision-making, not to replace professional financial, medical, legal, or engineering advice. For decisions with significant financial, health, or legal consequences — mortgages, medical conditions, tax filing, engineering specifications — please consult a qualified professional who can account for your individual circumstances.

Where a calculator relies on a simplified assumption (for example, using a user-entered effective tax rate rather than hardcoded bracket tables that go stale), the page explains that plainly. Transparency about limitations is part of what makes the site trustworthy — a calculator that claims false precision is worse than one that explains what it can and can't do.
